Federal authorities captured the leader of Los Zetas in Cancun identified as Rodolfo Bautista, aka The Pumpkin (El Calabaza).
Along with the pumpkin, four other members were captured and were identified as Hernan Argelio Dorantes Acosta, Elias Cruz Vazquez, and Julio Cesar Flores Zavala, also captured was Municipal Police Officer José Manuel Osorio Montiel, who provided protection to the gunmen.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Prosecutors are looking to refocus their case Saturday against an Orlando woman accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter after a judge rebuffed their attempts to allow instant messages to be introduced as evidence that they say go toward her motive.

The prosecution on Friday did present its strongest witness against 25-year-old Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in Caylee Anthony's death in the summer of 2008.

"The human remains found in North Carolina Wednesday were confirmed to be those of missing Australian 10-year-old Zahra Baker, WCNC-TV reported Friday, citing a source close to the investigation.

The source said police in Hickory, N.C., will hold a news conference at 4:00pm local time to announce that the remains have been identified.

Authorities released a statement Thursday that potentially valuable evidence had been discovered.

"Search teams in Caldwell County yesterday located evidence that could provide valuable information in the Zahra Baker case," the statement said. "This evidence will be analyzed at the NC State Bureau of Investigation's lab. We understand the concern and interest in this case by the public but we must be cautious in prematurely releasing information so it will not jeopardize any future criminal proceedings."

The search Wednesday focused on an area near Gunpowder Creek in Caldwell County, according to WCNC-TV. Authorities began ordering the media to leave the area at approximately noon local time Wednesday but did not give an explanation.

Authorities discovered a bone last week that may be connected to Zahra's case. Police have also uncovered the girl's prosthetic leg and removed a mattress that had belonged to Zahra from a landfill.

Zahra's father and stepmother, Adam and Elisa Baker, reported the girl missing on Oct. 9, but police announced days later that they were investigating the disappearance as a homicide. Investigators, who have said Zahra was last seen on Sept. 25, have used cadaver dogs to search her family's car and home.

Elisa Baker was arrested on unrelated charges after reporting the girl's disappearance. She later admitted to writing a $1 million ransom note in connection with the case and was charged with obstruction of justice.

Adam Baker was later arrested on charges of writing bad checks.

Zahra was born in Australia but moved to the US after Adam Baker met the woman who would become her stepmother on the internet two years ago. Zahra suffered from hearing loss and had her lower leg amputated due to two bouts with cancer."

In a special episode of "America's Most Wanted" airing on FOX this Saturday, host John Walsh will take viewers to the front lines of the international battle against child predators in Cambodia, a nation frequented by pedophiles.

"We're profiling American pedophiles who have fled to other countries. Westerners go over there primarily to have sex with small children, 6-8 year old boys and girls," Walsh told Pop Tarts. "I took a small crew with me and went undercover with a British cop and infiltrated brothel nightclubs. It was really heartbreaking to see it."

Walsh said that within two minutes of being in a Cambodian bar, they were approached by a madam offering them very young children, and believes audiences will be shocked at how easy and how prevalent it is that Westerners involve themselves in such acts.

"It is our garbage that goes to Cambodia and preys on these young children. It is our garbage from America, England, the West that goes to the East and preys upon their poverty," he said. "People are going to be surprised about how easy it is to do, and how many Westerners fly there just to solicit and have sex with children."

The episode also provides a rare exploration of a Cambodian prison, and an interview with two British men arrested for their illicit involvement with young children.
