I Have A Vine Headache Today

The Vine is interesting and addictive. Being relatively new and just out of the Greenhouse, I'm learning. Considering my boyfriend is disabled and too sick at times to be with me, I have plenty of time to myself. Kids grown, no grandkids yet.

So many articles, so many posts, fun waiting to see responses, and notices of comments: Righties, Lefties, Reasonable people, Bomb throwers, Insults, Compliments, Arguments, Agreements, Disagreements, Friends, Enemies, Disguised seeds seeming to mean one thing but don't, Funny seeds, Sad seeds, Voting, Need to get a photo up, Things I haven't even found yet......

Today, I just have a Vine headache.

But, I can't wait to read more. Maybe a couple of aspirin, and I'll be good as new.

Elaine, until one feels as you do now, they have not truly climbed onto the vine wagon. You stay with us. You will see more variety than on the old Ed Sullivan Show.

Sorry your BF is sick. And just wait for those grandkids. I got 4 and they are way more fun than a backyard full of bird dogs. Heh heh heh.

Ok now, are you a spy? Of course I'm addicted to Chinese food!! And nobody beats me at Scrabble!! Made up words? Geez, what's the point of playing? My boyfriend who describes himself as a genius said I'm the only person who has ever beat him at Scrabble.

Honestly, I'm flabbergasted now......and tickled to death too! So cool I'm laughing. I complimented another Viner the other day for the word Sophistry and decided I'm using that one.

Girl....just unbelievable........(unbelievable....another good word!) Got to be careful with the un's and re's.....they have to be in the Scrabble dictionary. (dictionary.....another good word!)

KJM....cooking definitely used to be my hobby but not so much anymore, live alone now. I do still get the "taste of home" magazine every month though. And on weekends when my boyfriend comes over I always cook meals for us....and then beat him at Scrabble. Sometimes it seems like taking advantage.....he isn't well.

Also guess what? My son James just got married in Feb to a girl from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania! I only thought the world was small before but now I know it is.

elaine I have an aunt that was born on 9/27/22 and another aunt that was born on 9/7/1898 and a cousin born in nov. And I love chinese food, Still watch HGTV but more into the food channels. Oh yeah I also was born 9/4/57 and hubby was born 9/15/58.

kj how cool is that your hubby is 5 years older then me. I was 8.5 and born at 10:35 am. Also 17 days older then one of my brothers. It is a small world after all. And my husband mother family is from cardale pa.

JJ, how can I look at your article? I'd be happy to read it and comment. I'm sorry it took so long to respond, my computer seemed stuck for about 20 minutes and wouldn't budge.

I need to get a photo up instead of the little green vine man, but I don't even have a recent pic of me. I saw your avatar article and looked through them but couldn't decide which one. I should definitely get to work on getting a friend to take a picture of me.

How's your headache doin', Elaine? Now that you've got your Rx's filled. And also found your sis and some cousins?

The Vine's a great place, full of helpful people, and I wouldn't know a thing about getting around it on my own. They all help. I love this place, it is so awesome!!

Hey Theresa, yep I got the Vinol prescription for that vine headache and now I'm doing better. LOL (cod liver oil....yikes!!). I agree with you, the vine is alot of fun and I've been learning my way around and meeting lots of people in the virtual world. Good to know your headaches gone. I'll look for you too. If you want to look at anybody's page, just click on their name (above their posted comment). It will also give you an idea of how different people display their pages. Also, we have guides at NV to help us newer ones. And, we all help each other out too.

If you like what you see on anybody's page, or their comments/articles, etc. you can also friend request them, if they accept then you show on each other's trackers........

several other members articles have also been revisited which just goes to show that when the article is interesting people will read even down the road...:) You can only stop the comments by closing comments :) or the server crashes...:)

It is the old ones, that I'm having voting problems with. Quite often thou, I can't vote articles that are few months old either. That happens, have to live with that. Server overloading happens rarely, but the the hole thing usually goes bad.
